Ground paprika g 2.5-3
Melt in micro-waves oven CHOCOSMART COCOA at 35°C, add the ground paprika and stir gently. Fill the dark chocolate shells with the obtained mixture and "close" with tempered RENO DARK 36/38. Dip the shells in tempered RENO DARK 36/38, place them on the proper grate or on a sieve and after some seconds roll up reaching the "scratched" effect.
