In the granita: Water gr. 1000, Sugar gr. 200, Agrolina gr. 30, improver gr. 1.

As a supplement of taste in the presence of lemon juice: Agrolina gr. 15, improver gr. 1.
As a regulator of acidity in fruit ice cream: Agrolina gr. 5.
