PEPITA MARABU- Small dark coating in drops: Small drops of dark chocolate compound with even shapes and of uniform size (MARABÚ: 13.000-14.000 drops per kilo). Ideal for every use in the fields of fresh confectionery and ice-cream manufacture. The MARABÚ variety is particularly suitable to be included in the cream or Ricotta cheese fillings for "cassate" or "cannoli" (Sicilian cakes and pastries).
