Quiche with gratin of potato and Lancashire cheese
Ingredients:
- 10 Pidy Tartelette Feuilletees
- 1kg hard boiling potatoes
- 2 cloves of crushed garlic
- 3 finely diced shallots
- 3dl milk
- 3dl cream
- 6 eggs
- Pepper, salt and nutmeg
- 300g grated Lancashire cheese
- Peel the potatoes, wash and boil until al dente. Drain and cool down and slice.
- Divide in layers over the quiche bases and sprinkle with diced shallots.
- Mix the milk with the cream, eggs, pepper, salt and nutmeg.
- Fill the quiches with this mixture, cover with grated Lancashire cheese and place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 12 minutes.
