Vegetable whipping cream in powder
Preparation in powder for the realization of vegetal cream, ideal for fillings and decorations. It can be used as fresh cream stabiliser or in ice-cream preparation.
Recipe 1:
1000 g FRU FRU PREMIUM
2000 g tepid water (10-15°C)
If a particularly tasty product is desired, the water can be entirely or partially replaced by milk or fresh cream.
Recipe 2:
1000 g FRU FRU PREMIUM
1000 g tepid water (10-15°C)
1000 g cold milk (4-6°C)
Recipe 3:
500 g FRU FRU PREMIUM
1000 g tepid water (10-15°C)
1000 g fresh cream
Add FRU FRU PREMIUM to the other ingredients and whip in a mixer at medium speed for 5-6 minutes or until the desired consistency is obtained. The final product should be kept in a fridge and eaten relatively quickly.
FRU FRU PREMIUM is ideal for decorating ice-cream cakes, mousses and ice-creams as an alternative to cream since it is easier to whip and is less prone to change.
The whipped product can be flavoured to taste with custard, MORELLINA, IRCA CAO, HAZELNUT CREAM etc.
FRU FRU PREMIUM can also be used in ice-cream manufacture, in doses of 50-100 g per litre, to make the finished products creamier and more voluminous.
