 Planifoliavanilla from Madagascar has a characteristic vanilla and fruit flavourand a rich, round aroma.

A coating known as give may form on well-prepared Bourbon vanilla. This coating is the result of the crystallisationof essential vanilla oil. Its presence on the pods is an additional mark of quality.  The pods are whole, moist, full, glossy and with a uniform dark brown colour. 

These pods are perfect for dairy, ice cream, cream and chocolate preparations. We recommend warm infusion to release the maximum of the pod’s aroma and flavour.

Instructions: 2 pods/L for dairy and milk preparations, 4 pods/L for chocolate, and 2.5 pods/L in ice creams and creams.
