BLITZ, BLITZ ICE, BLITZ GLITTER GOLD, BLITZ ICE GLITTER SILVER- Ready to use jelly with neutral colour and taste. Description: BLITZ  is a ready to use jelly with neutral colour and taste. BLITZ ICE NEW andBLITZ ICE TOP are ready to use jelly with neutral colour and taste, freeze stable. BLITZ ICE GLITTER SILVER and BLITZ ICE GLITTER GOLD are ready to use jelly with silver and gold glitter, freeze stable. Directions for use:  Remove the required quantity of  BLITZ  from the packaging, soften it with a spatula and then cover the tarts or shortbread with a brush or pastry bag with round nozzle. It is also possible to dip whole fruit or fruit pieces directly into the jelly. For bavarois, mousse and ice-cream cakes, it is advisable to use a spatula to apply it. BLITZ and BLITZ ICE are particularly useful for glazing and decorating mousse, bavarois, ice-cream cakes, fruit tarts and shortbreads. They can be coloured or flavoured to taste.  BLITZ, diluted with 20% water and applied with a brush to freshly-baked products, is ideal for glazing petit-fours, Delizia cake, croissants, Danish pastries etc.  BLITZ can be also used on designed sheets of wafer which are used in cakes decorating. BLITZ ICE is characterized by the deep freezing resistance. BLITZ ICE GLITTER GOLD and SILVER are ready to use and recommended for icing and decorating cakes, Bavarians and desserts. Their special formulation allows them to maitain their transparency even at -18°C temperatures.They can be heated in a microwave oven or in a bain-marie at 50-55°c and used as shiny icing, giving the finished product a particularly appealing appearance. BLITZ ICE GLITTER GOLD and SILVER can be used both at warm and cold temperatures, mixed with our products from the MIRROR line (we suggest from 10 to 40%).
