Following the success of the first round of courses, Worldwide Co Ltd, in collaboration with Callebaut Chocolate have once again teamed up with renowned chef Chris Zammit. This round of courses focused on pralines; chocolate tempering, colours, fillings and moulding, as well as sculptures.
